Depoimento: We are from Wisconsin and were looking for a second/future retirement home in the Phoenix, AZ area. Ashley made the entire process painless. We were able to work with her via email and phone to narrow down what we wanted. When we came out to AZ to actually look at the pool of homes we were interested in, Ashley was considerate of our limited time and we were able to quickly narrow it down from 12 or so to just 2. We viewed each of those houses several times and ultimately put in an offer at the end of the long weekend we were there (put in the offer on Easter day!). We were able to do all of the negotiation and closing paperwork after that electronically. We've had our AZ house for 3 years now and couldn't be happier with what we chose and the work Ashley did for us to acquire it. We would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking in the East Valley of the Phoenix area!
