And since I lived a 1000 miles away I needed a lot of feedback. I actually found Yolanda by using Yelp. It was definitely my day because Yolanda far exceeded all my expectations. She treated my property as though it were her own. I needed a lot of help and she was right there for me every step of the way. Yolanda negotiated lower contractor costs and shopped around for good deals on materials. And she always forwarded detailed receipts without me having to ask for them.I relied on Yolanda like a close friend and she always showed the highest integrity.The house sold when others were unable to sell their similar properties. I highly recommend her as a realtor!
