I was involved in a very unpleasant drawn at short sale and I honestly think I might still be tangled up in it if Maryann didn't go the extra mile to keep things moving.We saw a lot of houses and she is extremely client focused. She will not rush you just for her own benefit, she'll go as fast or as slow as you need.She also has a very good eye for what is a good buy and what you need. She won't hesitate to tell you to walk away from a house because it is more trouble then it is worth and she also won't hesitate to tell you to jump when you discover a good find.You give her your wishlist and she'll do her very best to make it happen. Some showings we went to only lasted about 3 minutes because she could tell that house wasn't going to work for what I needed.

Depoimento: The purchase we made with Nicole's assistance was for a vacation property in an area we were not familiar with, nor local to. She assisted us by going by the property and getting gas and electric meter #s so I could turn the utilities on for the inspection from 80 miles away, she handled the smoke test for us and tried to make the whole transaction as easy and stress free as possible. She acted like an extension of us when we couldn't be in the area. She offered us local knowledge of area beaches, attractions and restaurant recommendations. She was very supportive and helpful.

Depoimento: I contacted Coldwell Banker when I decided to sell my condo and it was then that I met Marla Osborne. She came over to meet me and walk the property. It was well advertised and I can happily say it sold in a matter of days. I then moved to an apartment but when that didn't work for me I contacted Marla to assist me in buying a home. i was very indecisive and lacked knowledge in the whole process. Marla was very patient with me and also would not let me purchase a home that needed costly upgrading. I can say I am happily settled into my new home. I would highly recommend Marla.
